Our office staff will be happy to assist you with your billing and insurance concerns. When calling for an appointment, please have your insurance information available. We participate in a large number of insurance and managed care plans and will accept assignment of insurance reimbursement whenever possible. However, you will be expected to pay any portion of the bill that your insurance doesn't cover such as deductibles or co-pays.
